Texas is heading that way as far as gun laws. The Pima County Sheriff's Department ventilated a homeowner the other day with 71 bullets in a multihome home drug raid. The guy was a former two tour Marine who was protecting his family from a home invasion. However, he held his fire. The sheriffs did not. They were looking for drugs. They didn't find any. Can you say big law suit? Can you say excessive use of force? Can you say police state? Can you say bad or nonexistent intelligence? Can you say goodbye 4th Amendment?
