Settling In

I have a second apartment. I've settled in to the new job and the cats have settled in. The new year is just around the corner. The new job is a blessing thus far it appears. It's definitely not boring. There's not a lot to do in this small town. One has to use one's imagination and be creative in small towns. There are fewer distractions and events unlike a large city. Not much else to say at this time.

Congratulations! And happy new year. Where in AZ are you, now?

I'm dying to know who you think is your audience. Do you write to God? to your family? to your marital prospects? to your employers? to your friends? to whom?

I have goofed by assuming confidentiality, just attitudes, understanding, kindness, even love.

The audience is whoever finds these posts useful. I write to remember or to educate or to just blow off steam.

Happy New Year to all!

I hope your settling into ol Tu(k)son easily John. At over half a million Tucson is huge compared to my town of 16,000.

Pete,

I'm 70 miles from Tucson in a town of 45,000. It's about 3-4 times bigger than the town I grew up in in West Texas. There's not a lot to do here for a single man or woman who is not a hunter. But, I came here for the job, not the location and lack of amenities.

John
