Seek Within a Moment of Awareness

If you want to be no different from the buddhas
And Zen masters, just don’t seek externally.
The pure light in a moment of awareness
In your mind is the Buddha’s essence within you.
The nondiscriminating light in a moment of awareness
In your mind is the Buddha’s wisdom within you.
The undifferentiated light in a moment of awareness
In your mind is the Buddha’s manifestation within you.

However, why seek the Buddha?

It does still distinguish between the essential Buddha nature and you, or atleast the structure of language could indicate that. I suppose typically if you just flat out tell someone 'you are the Buddha' they might either accept it or reject it personally, like "..YEAH! Who's The Man now??" or, "oh no not me, I am way too lowly and I have this mentally imposed idea of humility to think of myself as the Buddha." (well not quite that honest but you know what I mean) Of course, it isn't personal or about that 'you' at all.

thanks Mark, there is that second 'logic', see, strange.

Seek without and see the love of God in the face of your fellow man.

But is that really "without"?
